🔧 Who Can Propose?

Any developer or community contributor may submit a proposal for protocol upgrades, infrastructure development, ecosystem tools, audits, or integrations. However, to ensure serious contributions, the following criteria must be met:

🛠️ The proposer must submit a formal proposal document including:

• Problem statement

• Milestone breakdown

• Funding requirement

• Public deliverables or GitHub link

🔐 Only verified developer accounts or DAO-registered teams may submit proposals

🔄 All funding proposals must request capital from the Ecosystem Development Pool, which holds 14% of total LERAX supply
